From the source host, copy files from /run/NetworkManager/system-connections/ directory to target host /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections directory. Then simply run nmcli con reload.
In my case, source host did not have any system connections present, so i did not had to also copy /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections dir.
